and breathe again
BREATHE BREATHE BREATHE
This post comes through at a time where Breathing is on everyone’s minds
And while we are busy worrying about how this virus may affect our lungs;
concerned about how we are going to fill our days during lockdown;
anxious about when this is going to all end;
worrying about where the money is going to come from;
frustrated about having to home school the kids’ let alone entertain them 24/7;
lonely with just being alone.
Our breathing stays small. It is confined to the quick in and out breath that we are used to
Pause a second.
Fill your lungs
Extend your breath down into your abdomen.
Release the breath slowly
Empty your lungs
DON’T FORGET TO BREATHE
